ACCESS

Our basecamp located in:
Kamijima Town, Ehime Prefecture, Japan

This is a remote island community in the Seto Inland Sea, located right next to the famous cycling route, the Shimanami Kaido. The town consists of 25 islands, including 7 inhabited and 18 uninhabited.

Our program is based on Yuge Island in Kamijima Town. The main access points within the same town are Tateishi Port (Ikina Island), Yuge Port and Kamiyuge Port (on Yuge Island), as well as Sunoe Port (Iwagi Island). From all of these ports, our program site can be reached by road via bridges.

For first-time visitors, it might be a little confusing, as our island is geographically quite unique in Japan. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
